About Us
Corporate Bio
Our knowledgeable staff will lead you through the design to prototype process.
With 38 years of experience designing products for a wide range of industries
and applications, our engineer will work closely with you to ensure your ideas
get manufactured to the tight specifications you require.
LMC combines vacuum thermoforming with SolidWorks 3D CAD and MasterCam Cam
Interface programs to create highly detailed parts with sharp definition.
Our 5 axis CNC Router capabilities ensure tight tolerances and consistent
results throughout both the tooling and trimming stages. Our production staff
performs multiple quality control checks of each part during the forming
and finishing process, ensuring it is within client specifications and our high
quality standards.
About Thermoforming
Vacuum thermoforming is the process of shaping plastic parts from a sheet of plastic
by the use of heat, tooling, and vacuum/pressure. Vacuum thermoform tooling generally
has a far lower cost than injection mold tooling, and allows for larger scaled parts.
The vacuum thermoform process can also accommodate changes needed to your parts
as they occur quickly and cost effectively. The lead time between initial design,
design modification, and part production is often far shorter than that associated with
injection molding.
What We Believe
Lemac company policy is that there is no challenge we won’t
take on! We are dedicated to excellent customer service; our goal is
to provide the highest quality parts with the shortest lead times at
the most competitive prices possible.
